This was a great experience start to finish! I could not be more happy with how these turned out! Great office staff! They were very responsive, thorough, lots of options and very prompt! We could not be happier with our entire experience with Royal Door. They were efficient and friendly. The two young men who installed our new garage door were amazing. We had a torsion spring break late last night, so I did a little research on the web and found Royal Door. I went to their website early this morning and saw they had some great reviews so I booked an appointment online before their business day started. At 8:00 AM I received a call from a sweetheart of a woman named Savanna, and she was following up on the appointment I set. She made sure we didn’t have any cars stuck in the garage and let me know the guys would be out between 2:00 and 4:00, and they would contact me and let me know when they were on the way. I received a call from JB twice just keeping me updated on their schedule. JB and Austin both showed up and were able to get us fixed up within an hour. It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone involved was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I would give this company 10 stars if allowed.
