We had a torsion spring break late last night, so I did a little research on the web and found Royal Door. I went to their website early this morning and saw they had some great reviews so I booked an appointment online before their business day started. At 8:00 AM I received a call from a sweetheart of a woman named Savanna, and she was following up on the appointment I set. She made sure we didn’t have any cars stuck in the garage and let me know the guys would be out between 2:00 and 4:00, and they would contact me and let me know when they were on the way. I received a call from JB twice just keeping me updated on their schedule. JB and Austin both showed up and were able to get us fixed up within an hour. It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone involved was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I would give this company 10 stars if allowed.
