Everyone associated with Royal Door was friendly positive and had a winning attitude. Erica, who took my call and set up the appointment, Savannah in sales, and John the technician who performed the work and went above and beyond. I will certainly recommend their service to anyone that needs garage door work and I will call them again should I need garage door work of any kind. They are simply the best!

Christopher was great. I believe I spoke with Savannah on the phone this morning to set up the appointment – – she was great and very sweet and very helpful.

Overall, it was a great experience. I called this morning and my door is already fixed — same day!

Highly recommended.

Royal Door was professional and very timely. Our garage door broke in the evening and Royal Door was able to come out and fix it the next day!

JB did a great job replacing parts over 30 years old and realigning the doors. No gap now under the doors. He obviously knew what to do and efficiently completed the work.

Every person I worked with from the initial phone call to the installation was fabulous to work with! All very friendly and knowledgeable in what information they were able to provide us. We got a couple quotes and this was the best quality for the best price and best customer service experience we could have asked for. Highly recommend!
